Okay so. Today I'm showing you guys how to get a sick pump with dumbbells only. Higher volume. Lower rests. Increased intensity and longer time under tension. Give this full routine a shot if you are trying to spice up your current program of if you feel like you've hit some sort of plateau with chest or shoulder development. And of course we had to throw some arms in there.
